We are proud to report the training organized by one of our trainers Ms. Rayda Hussein Mohammadali from Aras MCH in Kalakchi. She has trained 12 of her colleagues on 14th June 2022, in the delivery unit of the MCH. ECLB training is very important for their staff as she explains: “This training was very useful for us especially for improving our knowledge, skills, and empowering our professional abilities. Because in our MCH we do not have the medical cover 24 hours for any emergency situations during birth for the mothers and newborns. So, for us training is very important because we need to care for ourselves and our people because our patients are from the village, they are the poor people that cannot afford to go to Duhok only in very emergency cases, we arrange transport to Duhok or Shekhan. Otherwise, we do all the care for the patients with our knowledge and skills, we ask questions or use google. That is why I’m very happy I was invited to this training. Because we must develop ourselves through training, and we hope you provide more training for us. Thank you very much.”

چاودێری سەرەکی بۆ منداڵبوون و لەدایکبوون لە بنکەی تەندروستی ئاراس لە کەلەکچی
ئێمە شانازی دەکەین کە راپۆرتی ئەو ڕاهێنانە بدەین کە لەلایەن یەکێک لە ڕاهێنەرەکانمان خاتوو ڕایدا حسێن محمدعەلی لە بنکەی تەندروستی ئاراس لە کەلەکچی ڕێکخرابوو لە 14ی حوزەیرانی 2022، بۆ یەکەی منداڵبوونی بنکەی تەندروستیان، 12 لە هاوپیشەکانی ڕاهێنانی کردووە. ڕاهێنانی ECLB زۆر گرنگە بۆ ستافەکەیان وەک ئەوەی ڕوونی دەکاتەوە: "ئەم ڕاهێنانە زۆر بەسوود بوو بۆ ئێمە بە تایبەتی بۆ باشترکردنی زانیاری و شارەزایی و توانا پیشەگەرەکانمان. چونکە لە بنکەکەمان 24 کاتژمێر پزیشکمان نییە بۆ هەر حاڵەتێکی لەناکاو لە کاتی لەدایکبووندا بۆ دایکان و تازە لەدایکبووان. بۆیە بۆ ئێمە ڕاهێنان زۆر گرنگە چونکە پێویستە بە خۆمان و گرنگی بە خەڵکەکەمان بدەین. چونکە نەخۆشەکانمان خەڵکی گوندن و ئەوانیش هەژارن کە پێیان ناکرێت بچن بۆ دهۆک. تەنیا لە حاڵەتی زۆر لەناکاو ئێمە بە ئۆتۆمبێلی فریاکەوتنی بنکەکەمان دەیانگوازینەوە بۆ دهۆک یان شێخان. ئەگەرنا، ئێمە هەموو چاودێریەکان بە نەخۆشەکان دەدەین بە زانین و شارەزایی خۆمان، پرسیار دەکەین یان گووگڵ (google) بەکار دەێنین. بۆیە من زۆر خۆشحاڵم کە بۆ ئەم خولە بانگهێشت کرام. چونکە ئێمە دەبێت خۆمان لە ڕێگەی ڕاهێنانەوە پەرە بەخۆمان بدەین و هیوادارین ڕاهێنانی زیاترمان بۆ دابین بکەن زۆر سوپاس."
