The training of nurses and midwives at the NMDC started on 20th February 2024, less than 4 weeks after the opening of the centre. Fifteen midwives and nurses from Pirmam General Hospital updated their knowledge and skills regarding the delivery of the newborn through the Essential Care for Labor and Birth programme developed by the American Academy of Pediatrics and Jhpiego. The programme lasted two days and finished with the test and OSCEs. We will continue supporting the staff of the delivery unit in Pirmam Hospital to help them implement their new skills in practice and improve the quality of care for the mothers and newborns in their area. We thank all nurses and midwives for their active participation, and the management of the hospital, especially the hospital director Dr. Kamaran, the head of administration Mr. Rzgar, and the head of the maternity department Ms. Shirin for their positive attitude and cooperation. We hope to provide further training for the staff of the hospital soon.

یەکەم ڕاهێنان لە NMDC!
ڕاهێنانی پەرستاران و مامانەکان لە NMDC لە 20ی شوباتی 2024 دەستی پێکرد، کەمتر لە 4 هەفتە دوای کردنەوەی سەنتەرەکە. پانزە مامان و پەرستار لە نەخۆشخانەی گشتی پیرمام زانیاری و لێهاتوویی خۆیان نوێکردەوە سەبارەت بە لەدایکبوونی کۆرپەی تازە لەدایکبوو. لە ڕێگەی پڕۆگرامی چاودێری پێویست بۆ منداڵبوون و لەدایکبوون کە لەلایەن ئەکادیمیای ئەمریکی بۆ نەخۆشیەکانی منداڵان و پرۆگرامی جۆنز هۆپکینس بۆ پەروەردەیی نێودەوڵەتی لە پزیشکانی ئافرەتان و منداڵبوونەوە پەرەپێدراوە. ئەم بەرنامەیە دوو ڕۆژی خایاند و بە تاقیکردنەوە و ئۆسکیەکان کۆتایی هات. ئێمە بەردەوام دەبین لە پشتیوانیکردنی کارمەندانی یەکەی منداڵبوون لە نەخۆشخانەی گشتی پیرمام بۆ یارمەتیدانیان لە جێبەجێکردنی لێزانینە نوێیەکانیان لە کرداردا و باشترکردنی جۆرایەتی چاودێری دایکان و کۆرپە تازە لەدایکبووەکان لە ناوچەکەیان. سوپاسی هەموو پەرستاران و مامانەکان دەکەین بۆ بەشداریە چاڵاکانەیان وە بەڕێوەبەرایەتی نەخۆشخانەکە بەتایبەتی بەڕێوەبەری نەخۆشخانەکە بەڕێز د. کامەران، سەرۆکی کارگێڕی بەڕێز کاک ڕزگار، سەرۆکی بەشی لە دایکبوون خاتوو شیرین بۆ هەڵوێستی ئەرێنی و هاوکارییان.هیوادارین لەم نزیکانە ڕاهێنانی زیاتر بۆ کارمەندانی نەخۆشخانەکە دابین بکەین.
