The communication skills in midwifery at the NMDC started today on 15 April 2024 with the first group of midwives from Pirmam Hospital. The course teaches the importance of effective communication, the universal rights of women and newborns, and how to communicate with mothers, fathers, newborns, and their families in an effective, respectful, and responsive way. We hope that the training participants benefited from the course and will use their new communication skills in the care of women and newborns in their facility. We thank the management of the Pirmam Hospital for facilitating the training and we look forward to providing further capacity building.

لێهاتووی پەیوەندی بەڕێزانە لە مامانی
خولی لێهاتووی پەیوەندی لە مامانی لە سەنتەری پەرەپێدانی پەرستاری و مامانی ئەمڕۆ لە 15ی نیسانی 2024 دەستی پێکرد لەگەڵ یەکەم گروپی مامانەکانی نەخۆشخانەی پیرمام. کۆرسەکە فێری گرنگی پەیوەندی کاریگەر، و مافەکانی جیهانی ئافرەتان و منداڵە تازە لەدایکبووەکان دەکات، وە فێری چۆنیەتی پەیوەندیکردن لەگەڵ دایکان و باوکان و منداڵە تازە لەدایکبووەکان و خێزانەکانیان دەکات بە شێوەیەکی کاریگەر و بەڕێز و بەرپرسیارانە. ئێمە هیوادارین بەشداربووانی ڕاهێنانەکە سوودیان لە خولەکە وەرگرت بێت و لێهاتووی نوێی پەیوەندییەکانیان بەکاربهێنن بۆ چاودێریکردنی ئافرەتان و منداڵە تازە لەدایکبووانی نەخۆشخانەکەیان. ئێمە سوپاسی بەڕێوەبەرایەتی نەخۆشخانەی پیرمام دەکەین بۆ ئاسانکاریکردنی ڕاهێنانەکان و بە پەرۆشین بۆ دابینکردنی تواناسازی زیاتر.
