The partnership of the NMDC with LDS Charities has enabled the refurbishment of another delivery unit in the Kurdistan Region. The delivery unit in the Shahid Doctor Khalid Hospital in Koya District in Erbil Governorate had difficulty with outdated, broken, or missing equipment affecting the quality of maternity care. We are very grateful to LDS Charities for the donation of the equipment that has turned the delivery unit into a much safer and more comfortable clinical environment that will improve the care of mothers and newborns in Koya district and the surrounding areas. We will continue working with nurses and midwives to provide necessary training. On 7th December 2022, we had the pleasure of joining the administration and the staff in their newly equipped delivery unit. The ‘before and after' pictures say it all again!

تازەکردنەوەی یەکەی منداڵبوونی نەخۆشخانەی شەهید دکتۆر خالید
هاوبەشی سەرەنتەری پەرەسەندنی پەرەستاری و مامانی لەگەڵ ڕێکخراوی خێرخوازیی ئێڵ. دی. ئێس، بوەتە کاراکردنی یەکەیەکی دیکەی منداڵبوون لە هەرێمی کوردستان. یەکەی منداڵبوونی نەخۆشخانەی شەهید دکتۆر خالید لەقەزای کۆیەی سەر بە پارێزگای هەولێر کێشەی هەبوو لەگەڵ کەلوپەلی کۆن و شکاو یان پارچەی ونبوو کە کاریگەری کردبووە سەر چۆنیەتی چاودێریکردنی دایکایەتی هەبووە. ئێمە زۆر سوپاسگوزاری ڕێکخراوی خێرخوازی ئێڵ.دی.ئێسین بۆ بەخشینی ئەو کەلوپەلانەی یەکەی منداڵبوونی کردووەتە ژینگەیەکی کلینیکی زۆر پارێزراوتر و ئاسوودەتر کە دەبێتە هۆی باشترکردنی چاودێری دایکان و تازە لەدایکبووان لە قەزای کۆیە و ناوچەکانی دەوروبەری. ئێمە بەردەوام دەبین لە کارکردن لەگەڵ پەرستاران و مامانەکان بۆ دابینکردنی ڕاهێنانی پێویست. لە ٧ی کانوونی یەکەمی ٢٠٢٢، خۆشحاڵبووین لەگەڵ بەشی کارگێڕی و ستافەکە چووین بۆ ناو یەکەی منداڵبوونی تازەکراویان. وێنەکانی 'پێش و دوای نوێکردنەوە" دووبارە هەمووی دەڵێنەوە!
