It was a great pleasure to visit Pirmam Hospital again on 4 April 2024 and meet Dr. Kamran Mala Omar the director of the hospital, Mrs. Hendistan Abdulrahman hospital head nurse, and Mrs. Shiren Rashid the team leader of the delivery room. We were very happy to receive positive feedback about the training of the hospital's midwives in March 2024. We discussed the future training needs of the staff and the opportunities the NMDC can provide currently and in the future. We also talked about the broader issues of nursing and midwifery professions that could facilitate the improvement of healthcare services for the people of the Kurdistan Region. A very positive attitude of the Pirmam Hospital toward collaboration with the NMDC is very encouraging for us and we look forward to many years of working together.

سەردانی NMDC بۆ نەخۆشخانەی پیرمام
زۆر خۆشحاڵ بووین کە جارێکی دیکە سەردانی نەخۆشخانەی پیرماممان کرد لە 4ی نیسانی 2024 و چاومان بە بەڕێز د. کامران ملا عمر بەڕێوەبەری نەخۆشخانەکە، و خاتوو هیندستان عەبدولڕەحمان سەرۆکی پەرستارانی نەخۆشخانەکە، و خاتوو شیرین ڕەشید بەرپرسی بەشی لەدایکبوونی نەخۆشخانەکە کەوت. ئێمە زۆر خۆشحاڵ بووین بە وەرگرتنی کاردانەوەی ئەرێنی دەربارەی ڕاهێنانی مامانەکانی نەخۆشخانەکە لە ئازاری 2024. باسمان لە پێداویستییەکانی داهاتووی ستاف و ئەو دەرفەتانە کرد کە NMDC دەتوانێت دابینی بکات لە ئێستا و لە داهاتوودا. هەروەها باسمان لە کێشەکانی فراوانتری پیشەی پەرستاری و مامانی کرد کە دەکرێت ئاسانکاری بکرێت بۆ باشترکردنی خزمەتگوزارییەکانی تەندروستی بۆ خەڵکی هەرێمی کوردستان. هەڵوێستی ئەرێنی نەخۆشخانەی پیرمام بەرامبەر بە هاوکاری لەگەڵ NMDC زۆر دڵخۆشکەرە بۆ ئێمە و ئێمە بە پەرۆشین بۆ پێکەوە کارکردنی چەندین ساڵەی داهاتوومان.
سوپاس و پێزانینی خۆمان دەردەبڕین بۆ ئەو پێشوازییە گەرمەی کە ئەمڕۆ لەگەڵمان بەسەر بردرا.
